Hi Gilbert,

Hi Amy! Thanks for contacting us. The property managers are the CWD Group. The point of contact for the Abbey condos is Mike McGee, his number is 206-706-8000. I don’t have an email for him. He can get you in touch with the HOA, but he should be able to answer any questions you have.
Also, I checked the government FHA list; the Abbey is NOT FHA approved.

lol. Hi James. I’ve had good and bad experience with them. Although I have good and bad experience with almost every property management company in Washington. I find it’s usually the account manager and not the company as a whole that makes the difference. It’s too bad HOA boards don’t ensure their property managers are providing an A++ in customer service.
